Healthy Goddesses Transformation Program

Our first session is called a Foundation Session.

In this session we will discuss a complete Health History and Timeline, set goals and establish the first steps to take.

This session is approximately 2.5 hours and is foundational to the work we do together.

The subsequent 6 sessions are 1 hour in duration and will be scheduled after taking into account your individual needs. 

Note: I can work directly with you or in partnership with your Integrative or Allopathic Doctor. Functional Medicine Health Coaching also partners very well with Psychologists.

Meet Your Coach, Kristin Nielson

I started Coaching Women in 2016 after commencing my first Health Coaching Certification. My love of health has been with me since my teens, and my interest in personal growth began with a very fortuitous meeting of my first mentors and meditation teachers in my 20’s.

At this point I was living from a core value that said “to give to myself was to take away from others” and a belief that “I was not good enough.”

It is now my mission to help as many women as possible break free from this feeling.

I know what it’s like to be chronically unwell and just accept that as normal.

I know what it’s like to be peddling so hard that everything looks good on the outside yet inside feeling exhausted, numb, and resentful.

Snotty, wheezy, achy, bloated, short fused, fatigued, wired and resentful….with a smile (insert smile emoji) …that was my way! 

I really did not know that there was another way to live. 

I have climbed out of this place and put many self care and self loving structures in place.

I have been mentored and guided and learned and am still learning to listen to my own body and intuition.

I have studied the art of coaching, practised and studied yoga and meditation extensively, sat in countless woman's circles and trained to facilitate them, and dived deep into Functional Medicine and root cause solutions for chronic illness.

I know how to listen to women deeply and hear things they often can’t hear themselves.

I know how to help them peel back the layers and find what is in their way and help them create a path and an environment for healing.

And i’d love to help you find your path to health and live a life you are excited by everyday.

What To Expect In The Sessions:

A Standard Session:

  • We begin with and celebrate what has gone well since the last session.

  • We review Action Items since the last session - what has worked, what are you working towards, what are the obstacles.

  • We bring focus back to your goals.

  • I Inspire, educate and empower you - using Positive Psychology, coaching techniques and Functional Medicine resources.

  • Work out action steps to be taken between now and the next session

  • You leave feeling energised, motivated, self believing and ready to take the next steps.

After each session I send you a Session Summary via email:

  • Records and celebrates your successes.

  • Draws attention to what has worked well.

  • Provides information and suggestions discussed in the session: e.g. recipes; supplements; food plans and diary; research articles; inspiring quotes; books; podcasts; positive psychology resources; meditations etc.

  • Often includes quotes from you in the notes, which is very helpful for you to track your progress and, particularly, your mindset.

  • Outlines the next action steps for you to take.

  • Congratulates you on what you have achieved so far.
